Individual Therapy

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken it’s about understanding the patterns we’ve developed over a lifetime to cope, stay safe, or find comfort. These behaviors may have once protected us, but when they stop serving us, we begin to feel stuck. In therapy, we gently examine those patterns and begin a process of small, meaningful shifts through perspective, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

So often, we tie our worth to achievement or how others perceive us. But in this space, we make room for something deeper. We explore the parts of you that don’t need to hustle for worthiness the values that ground you, the stories that shaped you, and the quiet strength that’s been with you all along. This is your invitation to reconnect, reclaim, and rediscover the heart of who you are.

Anxiety

I work with individuals and families experiencing anxiety, understanding it as the body’s natural response to perceived threats activating fight, flight, or freeze reactions. Anxiety often arises from anticipating danger, even when the threat isn’t immediate. Together, we explore these patterns and develop tools to help clients regulate their nervous system, build resilience, and find calm amidst uncertainty.

Grief

Grief holds a painful tension: we don’t want to feel this way, yet we don’t want to forget who or what we’ve lost. No two people grieve the same way, and there’s no “right” timeline. In therapy, we create space to honor your unique experience without rushing or minimizing it. Together, we’ll explore how to carry your grief with care, find meaning in what remains, and move forward without letting go of what matters most.

Women

Many women carry the weight of constant pressure and judgment for what you do or don’t do, who you are or aren’t. The definition of success keeps shifting, and comparison can cause you to doubt even the best parts of yourself. You’re expected to hold it all together while staying kind, composed, and quiet. This is a place where we exist beyond those expectations, reconnect with your needs, reclaim (possibly find) your voice, and move through life with clarity, strength, and self-trust.

Depression

I support individuals and families navigating depression, recognizing how feelings of disconnection, isolation, and questioning purpose often intensify it. Together, we create a safe space to explore these experiences and gently uncover old patterns that no longer serve. Through this work, clients cultivate new ways of relating to themselves and others fostering hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of meaning and connection.

Transitions

Life transitions often bring shifting roles becoming a parent, changing careers, ending relationships—that can leave us questioning who we are. These changes can stir up anxiety, grief, or a loss of direction. In therapy, we create space to explore these shifts with honesty and compassion, helping you reconnect with your values, clarify your identity, and move forward with greater intention and self-understanding.

For many men, expressing emotions that feel uncomfortable because they’re more vulnerable or might not be received as needed is challenging. Often, those feelings show up as anger, frustration, or withdrawal. I work to bring start create avenues for a space to exist to unpack what’s beneath the surface and then work to adjust your environment to provide the support you are seeking. Whether you're navigating stress, identity, or relationship strain, we’ll work together to reconnect with clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.
